American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA)
This association is a nonprofit,
noncommercial organization whose memberships includes highway and urban transportation officials, engineers, teachers, equipment manufacturers and
distributors, materials producers, and contractors. The association staff and
special committees observe and report happenings of interest to its various
constituencies. It publishes a newsletter which reports current legislative,
administrative, and other events and, occasionally, technical or other reports.
